KIB closes on upcoming Israa’ and Mi’raj holiday, providing its banking services through digital channels

On the occasion of the blessed Israa’ and Mi’raj, Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced that it will be closed on Sunday, February 19, 2023, taking it as a rest day following the official holiday on Saturday, February 18, 2023. During this time, the Bank will continue to service both its retail and corporate customers throughout this holiday, via its various digital banking channels and platforms. The Bank will resume it normal operations across all branches on Monday, February 20, 2022.

As it celebrates the holiday, KIB wishes all its customers a blessed Israa’ and Mi’raj , noting that the Bank’s various digital channels will be ready to offer them uninterrupted services, anytime, anywhere during the break. This includes the KIB mobile app, which enables customers to conduct most basic transactions with complete ease, as well as the KIB Direct service, live chat service and the KIB online portal on its website (www.KIB.com.kw).

KIB will also continue to cater to customers and respond to their needs and inquiries – whether they are in Kuwait and abroad – via its call center at 1866866, as well as through its local and international video call service that can be accessed through the KIB mobile banking app. Moreover, KIB noted that its ATMs – located across the map in Kuwait – are fully equipped and ready to cater to customer needs with complete ease and convenience of access.
