Chilli's is a contemporary restaurant that serves American and Mexican dishes and Chilli's has many branches in Kuwait but the branch we visited is the branch on the Arabian Gulf road beside Kuwait Towers.
It took time before we decided what to order since everything on the menu looks delicious and mouthwatering but at the end we chose Texas Cheese Poppers, Texas Fries, Big Mouth Burger Bites and Cajun Pasta.
Our first appetizer was Texas Cheese poppers and it consists of popping hot cheese perfectly crispy fried and it is served with dipping sauce. It taste great but hot and spicy.
Our second appetizer was Texas fries and it consists of home style fries smothered in chili, melted cheese, jalapenos and beef bacon and it is served with jalapeno ranch dipping sauce.
The dish is great but as an advice, eat the Texas fries once you get it on your table whereby it's still very hot. If the cheese becomes cold, they stick to the potatoes and it becomes hard to separate them.
Our first main dish was Big Mouth Burger Bites and it consists of four mini burgers with a layer of flavor-beef bacon, American cheese, sauteed onions and ranch. It is served with crispy onions and jalapeno ranch dressing.
We asked the waiter to serve us the burgers well-done but when we started eating we found out that the meat is half-done so in this case we had to get back to the waiter who took the order.
Our second main dish was Cajun Pasta and it consists of sliced Cajun-seasoned chicken breast on Penne pasta with creamy Alfredo or Marinara sauce, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and garlic toast.
This dish tastes nice just like the others so give it a try.
All in all, we enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the service and we are willing to visit Chilli's again soon.
