We passed by Steak n Shake Restaurant in Bneid Al Gar few days ago and saw that the branch is closed and the restaurant is no longer there.
We searched for their instagram account and also discovered that it's not available so we think that it may be permanently closed in Kuwait.
Our last visit to the restaurant was a year ago and it was a good experience.
