Burgan Bank continues to support and recruit Kuwaiti talents

Burgan Bank is sponsoring the Kuwait University Career Fair 2022, where the Bank is interviewing aspiring local talents to get the process started for potentially recruiting a number of these young professionals upon graduation. The Bank’s participation in this event comes in line with its strategy to actively support and invest in national talents; helping develop the banking sector by introducing fresh perspectives and new talent that is capable of delivering on the needs of the modern banking experience – especially when it comes to digital transformation plans.

Burgan Bank’s participation in the KU Career Fair is a continuation of its strategic human resources programs, which focus on investing in young students from the earliest stages. Through these programs, the Bank seeks to support these aspiring professionals in developing their skills and capabilities, finding the roles best suited to them and setting them on a long-term career path. Moreover, Burgan Bank’s focus on human development and growth is aimed at supporting progression in the banking sector and in society as a whole.

Commenting on Kuwait University’s Career fair, Mrs. Halah El Sherbini, Group Chief Human Resources and Development Officer at Burgan Bank said: “Kuwait University is well known for its rich history of developing impressive talents from across its various departments and in every profession.
