Miss Lebanon 2022 - 2023 Yasmina Zaytoun was crowned as Miss World Asia 2024 in the 71st Miss World pageant that took place in India last night.
Yasmina is also the 1st Runner-up of Miss World 2024 after getting to the Top 4 along with Miss Czech Republic, Miss Bostwana and Miss Trinidad and Tobago.
The 71st Miss World is Czech Republic's Krystyna Pyszková.
Lebanese people celebrated this achievement and congratulated Yasmina who worked so hard to talk about Lebanon to the world and reflect the best image of her beloved country.
Zaitoun was born in October 2002 and is from the Lebanese town of Kfar Shuba (Hasbaya District). Her father is Ismail Zaytoun and her mother is Asmahan Al-Hilali.
Zaytoun has been studying at Notre Dame University since 2020, to obtain a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
