 Tabbouleh

Tabbouleh is a traditional Middle Eastern salad prepared from the combination of finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, and spring onions.

This salad is seasoned with lemon juice, salt, olive oil and sometimes people add pomegranate molasses to it.

It is typically served as a side dish, but it can also be eaten as a main course when served with lettuce leaves for wrapping.

Bulgur wheat is often added to tabbouleh, although it can also be made with quinoa especially in modern restaurants.

Mint, cucumbers, and other vegetables can also be added to the salad but is not part of the main traditional recipe.

Tabbouleh Salad is a refreshing and flavorful dish that is rich in nutrients and is often served at barbecues, picnics, and different gatherings.
